Please Note: Due to the impact of COVID-19 or other reasons, we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries:
Delivery Timing Our warehouse will be closed on all major international holidays. Orders will ship out the next following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order. Your shipping address must be entered at checkout and can be different to your billing address. We will only ship to those countries listed above and can ship to PO boxes. We aim to dispatch orders within two business days (48 hours) and deliver within the estimated delivery time. If there is a delay with your order, please submit a help request here. All items will be shipped from Manchester, United Kingdom Custom Duties and Taxes If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, no additional taxes will be charged to you. Orders shipped to countries outside the UK may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and local fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are borne by the recipient; we will not accept liability for any such costs, and we have no control over these charges. We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for any country outside the UK as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items, and so we recommend you consult your local customs website for more information. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Postage should be arranged by the customer.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and submit a help request here immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free items or gift cards. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page, during the checkout process and on the order confirmation screen. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Cooling-off Period
If you are a citizen of the UK or EU you have a 14 day “cooling-off period” in which you can cancel your order with us and receive a full refund of amounts paid (including the cost of our “standard” shipping option) The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A refund (product + standard shipping cost) will be processed once the return is received at our facility. Please note return fees are not included in the refund and the return label must be generated and paid by the customer. Please reach out to us here if you wish to cancel your contract with us. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds
You will receive your refund after your return is received into our warehouse. If your return follows our return policy, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost and will be notified by email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All refunds will be returned to you in the original form of payment. Returns takes up to 3 weeks. You will receive your refund between 3 to 5 business days after receipt into our warehouses. Taxes
USA & Canada: All product prices are in USD and do not include taxes. Taxes will be added at checkout.
UK: All product prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
Europe/Rest of World: All product prices are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT.
