The lights are sparkling here under the desert night sky as you join us for the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix! A tough qualifying yesterday means Alex will start on the grid in P17, and will no doubt be looking to battle his way up the Las Vegas Blvd. Just under 30 minutes to go till lights out...

After getting caught in a lot of traffic and struggling with the tyres, Alex is unable to get a quicker lap in and therefore knocked out in Q1 by two and a half tenths, finishing in P18. So gutting and frustrating for our No.23.

Lance Stroll stops at the exit of Turn 12 to bring out a red flag here in Vegas. Alex heads back to the garage with the clock stopped on five minutes of remaining practice time.

It's a slow start here in FP3 with just one car on track for the time being. Alex will be waiting patiently for the road surface to improve in condition before taking to the circuit...

We are back live from Las Vegas to bring you all the updates from Alex's final practice session before qualifying. Yesterday proved to be a tough day with limited running in FP2 due to an issue with Alex's FW46. Albono will be looking to make the most of this next hour to collect the data needed for quali and the tomorrow's race.

That is it for Practice 2 in Las Vegas. A tough session for Albono facing issues with his car. Alex will look to go again tomorrow evening and make up for the short running today. Everything still to play for - see you then...

Alex returns to the track to test out his FW46, however the issues seem to have persisted and is forced to stop at Turn 6. Gutting for our No.23.

There looks like there may be a fuel system issue for Alex, TBC so far however it looks some work is needed on our No.23's FW46 before any return to track.

We return from the strip in Las Vegas! The temperature has dropped but Alex will be looking to go quick. FP2 is generally the best indication of how quick the drivers will be in Quali due to the similar conditions. Let's go Albono!
